The Truth is Trending

Since the Denver Broncos NFL playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, January 8, John 3:16 has been among the top keyword searches on the Google and Yahoo search engines. Certainly, a great deal of the interest in this biblical verse is that Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow counts it as his favorite. Tebow is not shy in regards to his faith in Jesus Christ and his gratefulness in the finished work done on the cross; paying for his sins, my sins, and yours. John 3:16 is the truth; period. In this world of deception, deceit, slight of hand, obsession with celebrity and worship of money and power, it is refreshing to see the truth trending on the mighty cyber monolith known as Google and likewise on Yahoo, which could be considered the runner-up to the throne of internet dominance, depending on what statistics one reads.
